SIGN 2000's changeable copy letters are produced using highly automated robotically controlled machines.
The blanks are made using precision made metal tools, designed for injection molded machines.

Material

SIGN 2000 / uses a special blend of Acrylic designed for injection molding. This acrylic will prevent the plastic from warping in high temperature situations.

.125 thick extruded aluminum frame, mitered and welded with .063 aluminum back.
Wired with UL specifications including UL label and disconnect switch.
3/16" clear lexan door.
3/16" white acrylic face panel.
Double stainless steel keyed locks.
All aluminum surfaces chemically etched, primed and painted with two part acrylic polyurethane grip-guard finish. ANY COLOR

Sign 2000 Letters & Trims
Any letter style, logo or symbol can be dramatically highlighted with Sign 2000 Trimcap.

The combinations are extraordinary. Begin with the flexibility of a computer driven router system that cuts the letters?with precision. Add the full spectrum of colored acrylic letters. Top it off with a plastic trimcap that is carefully applied by hand and comes in 23 different colors.

Sign 2000 Channel Letters
Injection Molded Channel Letters are produced using Artekï¿½, an engineering grade polymer. Sign 2000 recycles all excess material from our channel letters which are guaranteed not to dent, chip, corrode or fade. Available in Helvetica & Times Bold, these letters are a great alternative to the usual metal channel letters.

Sign 2000 Pronto? Changeable Copy Letters
Not every sign has a permanent message, but it still needs to look good and be easily read from afar.

Sign 2000 Pronto Changeable Copy letters are precision injection molded to a .080" thickness. These blanks will not warp or blow away under most conditions. Raised edges prevent scratching. Feet on the base of each letter keep it from being frozen to the track in winter. These premium blanks are silk screened with ecologically sound UV inks. This design has received U.S. Patent D 354313.
