You get letter-perfect sign copy, shapes and logos for dimensional carved signs every time. Moreover, it's all done in a fraction of the time needed for hand-carving.

Our CNC carving and cutting system accepts most electronic files including PLT, GAD, AI, EPS, DXF, and CMX 7.0+. We also accept mechanical drawings and full-size patterns. Or we can create a design for you.

State-of-the-Art Sign Material

We use state-of-the art high density urethane to create most of our carved signs. Your choice of colors and textures is limitless and designs can be big or small. Every kind of letter, graphic, appliqu�, background, and pattern is possible with no worries about knots or seams.

High density urethane and extira� are both completely waterproof, unaffected by temperature or moisture, and incredibly resistant to chemicals. They won't crack, split or warp. Plus they're extraordinarily durable with a long life even in harsh environments. It also has excellent screw-holding capabilities and thermal expansion and contraction rates.

High density urethane is available in thicknesses from 1/2" to 12", and densities of 15, 18, and 22 lbs./cu. ft. Extira� is available in 1 1/4" thickness.
